摘要:本设计主要围绕怎样设计产出年产2000t电积铜的电积车间的设计,主要通过查阅文献资料和专业期刊,对电积铜的工艺流程进行选择与论证,最终确定采用:铜矿堆浸—萃取富集—电解沉积流程;结合区域现状对厂址进行选择与论证,而采用了小规模、连续性的车间布局方式来建厂;设计说明书对设计过程进行了如下详细的阐述:第1章介绍了铜的一些基本概况,第2章概述铜提取的基本方法,第3章详述本设计选用的湿法流程原理及技术操作条件,第4章为工艺物料计算,第5章进行主要设备尺寸确定及选型,第6章为厂址选择与车间布局(并附图)。 关键词:铜;萃取;电积;设计
ABSTRACT:This design mainly focus on how to design output with an annual output of 2000t eletrowinning copper electrowinning plant design, primarily through access to literature and professional journals, the process of eletrowinning copper and demonstration, and ultimately determine the use of: copper heap leaching extraction and Enrichment –eletrolytic deposition prosesses; binding region of the status quo of site selection and demonstration, while the use of a samall-scale workshop layout of the continuity of the plant; design specification of the design process as detailed below: Chapter 1 basic overview of some of the copper, Chapter 2 overview of the basic methods of copper extration, Chapter 3 details the selection of the design principle of wet processes and dtailed technical operating condition ti determine, Chapter 4 for the process material, Chapter 5 major equipment seection plot size determination, Chapter 6 for site selction and layout of the workshop (and drawings).
