摘要:设计将采取理论分析、数值计算和计算机绘图相结合的研究方法。按照给定的工艺流程和要求的年产量,计算工艺流程的物料平衡和水系平衡,根据计算出的每个工序的物种数量,选择辅助设备,并对主体设备结晶器进行设计。 设计主要是确定辅助设备的类型及型号,画出主体设备结晶器的工业设计图、设备连接图、工艺流程图和车间设备布置图。为了适应我国现代锡工业的发展要求,同时本着节能和获得最大经济效益的原则,并考虑环境保护的因素,设计尽量采用新技术,力求设计更加合理,方便操作,为车间今后取得良好的经济效益奠定基础。 关键词:锡精矿;车间;设计
ABSTRACT:Design will take of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of computer graphics and the combination of the research methods.
