摘要:本文是以Al-Cu-Ce合金为研究对象,以将合金先进行退火处理,再比较硬度以及观察金相组织的方式探讨Al-Cu-Ce合金的热稳定性。在本论文中,主要运用了两种比较方式:(1)同一个温度下,随时间的延长,硬度和组织形态的变化;(2)不同温度同一个时间段下,硬度和组织形态的变化。 由金相试样观察分析实验结果,我们可以得出如下结论:(1)同一个温度下,硬度变化为先上升再下降,有一个峰值存在,组织形态为逐渐球化。(2)Al-Cu-Ce合金组织在相同加热温度下,随着加热时间的延长,组织逐渐粗化。(3)Al-Cu-Ce合金在相同的加热时间下,随着加热温度的升高,组织在逐渐粗化。 关键词:Al-Cu-Ce合金;热稳定性;硬度
Abstract: This article is based on the Al-Cu-Ce alloy as the research object. To alloy annealed first, then measure the hardness and observe the microstructure of the thermal stability of Al-Cu-Ce alloy,In this paper, the main use of the two comparison:(1) with a temperature change with time hardness and tissue morphology; (2) with a time period of the different temperatures, hardness and morphological changes. Analysis of the experimental results observed by the metallographic sample, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) with a temperature, hardness first increased and then decreased, the existence of a peak, morphology of the gradual periodization. (2) Al-Cu-Ce alloy under the same heating temperature, with the heating time, the grains gradually coarsening. (3)Al-Cu-Ce alloy under the same heating time ,with the heating temperature ,the organization gradually coarsening. Keywords: Al-Cu-Ce alloy, thermal stability, hardness
