摘要:随着汽车空调系统性能的要求不断地提高,制冷系统向高功率密度发展已是必然趋势。本文介绍了汽车的发展及背景和汽车空调各部件(冷凝器、蒸发器、系统结构)具体的原理与结构,对空调的心脏压缩机进行详细的剖析。 汽车有多种车型,结构复杂,而且汽车为运动物体。空调系统在苛刻的安装环境下运行,所要求的技术是相当高的。因此,这个“移动的系统”,计算其空调负荷时随机因素多,难度较大,目前还没有针对这一应用的完善的空调负荷计算方法。鉴于建筑物空调负荷计算方法较为成熟,因此,往往把汽车视为“运动的建筑物”,车厢视为“移动房间”,并借鉴建筑物空调负荷计算方法来研究汽车空调负荷的计算方法问题。 压缩机作为空调系统的心脏,必须针对压缩形式展开详细的性能分析研究,才能有效提高系统的能效比。 本文先对汽车空调系统作了简介,对各关键部件进行详尽的分析,并对其日常维护工作内容展开讨论,然后对汽车夏季热平衡的条件进行假设的案例分析了,并进行详细的计算,得出对空调系统制冷能力的要求及对未来汽车空调改良提出了意见。 关键词:汽车空调,压缩机性能分析,案例分析,热平衡计算
Abstract:With the continuous development of air conditioning system performance requirements,refrigeration system power moving to high density development has been an inevitable trend. This paper is to describe the development and backgrounds of automobile and its air-conditioning components specific principle and structure, such as condenser, evaporator and system architecture. And also this paper makes an analysis of air condition compressor.Automobile is a moving object which is complicated in structure and has different kinds of shapes. Air-conditioning system operates under the harsh conditions involving installation, so it requires high skill. Besides, the air-conditioning system of automobile called mobile system, which has more random factors and difficulties when calculates its air conditioner loads. However, it has not been a complete method of its calculation specific to this application until now. Since the computational method of air conditioner load in building is more advanced, it often takes automobile as mobile building and carriage as mobile room. Then it’s a good way to use the experience of the computational method of air conditioner load in building for reference to study in automobile. This paper is to introduce the air conditioning system of automobile in the first place. It makes a complete analysis of its different components and discusses its maintenance in daily time. Besides, this paper analyzes hypothetical cases in conditions of the heat balance in automobile in summer. Then it makes a complete calculation.
