摘要:目前酒店业员工的高流动已是困扰酒店的重大难题,人员流动过频,尤其是优秀员工的流失显然对酒店的经营管理带来不利影响。将导致酒店的服务质量下降、人力资源成本提高、员工队伍不稳定、不利于企业凝聚力和企业文化的形成,从而最终导致酒店业务受损,如何留住员工成为酒店亟待解决的问题。通过本课题的研究对酒店员工流动的现状、流动的基本形式、高流动的原因及影响进行分析,并给出相应的对策和建议。 关键词: 酒店员工 高流动 现状 原因
Abstract:Currently the hotel industry with high staff mobility is a major problem plagued the hotel,undertake transfer of personnel frequency,especially the outstanding staff's outflow brings the adverse effect obviously to the hotel management and operation。Will cause the hotel the grade of service to drop、human resources cost enhancement、the staff troop is unstable、does not favor the enterprise cohesive force and the enterprise culture formation,thus causes the hotel service to suffer injury finally,how to detain the staff to become the question which the hotel urgently awaits to be solved。Through this topic research to hotel staff's mobile present situation、flowing fundamental mode、the high flowing reason and the influence carry on the analysis,and gives the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion。 Keywords: Hotel staff High flowing Present situation Reason
在本人走访的几家酒店中发现,每家酒店都有不同程度的员工流动率过高的状况,最为严重的是一些三星级的酒店,他们大部分是内资企业,缺乏完善的管理制度,这就造成了几乎每天都有员工流失,几乎每周都要招聘一批员工的现象。而作为国际酒店品牌集团的希尔顿与华美达,在员工流失方面虽然没有上述那么严重,但也存在此现象。
