【摘要】秘书的职业素养的提高是个永恒不变的讨论话题，分析借鉴多年来关于秘书工作研究的论文成果，在前人的基础上对企业女秘书的美学修养的提高进行自己的阐述概括，从秘书具备美学修养后对企业的帮助、企业女秘书的美学修养包括哪些内容以及如何做到让企业女秘书的美学修养有所提升等方面进行论述。通过这样的研究，使得自己对于未来的职业有了更深层次的认识与了解，也有利于更好的把握秘书工作的意义。
