[摘要] 随着经济社会的发展需要，秘书已然成为当代最普遍并且重要的职业之一。而相对于其他职业，职业秘书的自我满足与成就感仍旧偏低。较低的职业成就感严重阻碍了秘书从业人员的自我成长，甚至秘书职业的发展，所以提高秘书职业的自我满足度与职业成就感已经成为重中之重。

[Abstract] As the economy continues to develop, Secretary has become one of the most ordinary and important careers in the society. The self-gratification and professional accomplishment of secretaries are pretty low，comparing to other careers. The lower accomplishment has seriously hintered the development of the secretaries，even the development of the career. So , to improve the self-gratification and professional accomplishment of secretaries has become the most important thing.

　　对于秘书自我满足度与职业成就感的研究，可以使秘书工作者对于秘书这一角色在工作中所处的地位以及相应的行为表现有一个整体的把握；可以使秘书工作者明晰秘书工作对人的素质要求，为审视自我、提高自我、发挥优势以及更好地胜任秘书工作提供帮助；可以使秘书工作者更好地设计自己的职业生涯，调节身心，使工作更有成效。所以，对于这些原因的调查与分析是十分迫切并且必要的。
