摘要：十多年来，农村的环境污染越来越严重。第一次全国污染源普查结果表明，农业污染源排放的化学需氧量占总排放量的43.7％，而农业污染源排放的总氮、总磷排放量则高达总排放量的57.2％和67.4％。因此农村污染防治的必要性、紧迫性不言而喻。除了农业生产和生活垃圾造成的污染外，乡镇企业造成的污染比例明显增大。而改善农村环境问题，是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分，该文对在此环境下的农村环境现状和造成污染的原因进行了调查，并且针对这些问题提出了相关建议。解决对策主要从政府政策及关注度，民众的环保意识和素质，企业的类型等几方面着手。

Abstract：In recent years, the countryside environmental pollution become more and more serious. Based on the survey of the first national census pollution source, the results showed that the agricultural pollutant emissions chemical oxygen demand (COD) 43.7% of the total emissions, but agricultural pollution emission of total N and total P emissions is as high as 57.2% of the total emissions and 67. 4%. So, we have to try our best to improve the countryside environment and this is emergent . Beside the pollution of agricultural and living rubbish, the pollution proportion of township enterprise increased obviously. Therefore, it is necessary and important to improve the environment problem in building the new socialist countryside. The object of this paper is to investigate the status and cause of countryside pollution, and propose some suggestion in altering the environmental problems, such as the policy and attention of government department, the awareness of people's environmental protection and the types of countryside enterprises.
