[摘要] 本文以对IT企业核心员工激励机制的研究为主题,首先对IT企业核心员工激励的必要性进行了阐述。然后从IT企业核心员工的特点研究入手,通过对IT企业核心员工激励中存在问题的探讨,总结出激励机制的欠缺之处。最后在目前IT企业核心员工激励现状分析的基础之上设计出了具体的激励策略:灵活的薪酬激励、诱人的工作激励、丰富的发展激励和细致的精神激励。 [关键词] IT企业 核心员工 激励机制
[Abstract] As the theme of the research of incentive mechanism for key employees in IT enterprises, this paper firstly describes the importance of inspiring key employees in IT enterprises. Then according to the features of IT enterprises’ key employees, through the discussion of problems of existence of inspiring key employees in IT enterprises, summarizing defective parts of incentive mechanism. Lastly, on the basis of analyzing the present condition of inspiring key employees in IT enterprises,, designing specific incentive strategies: flexible compensation incentive, attractive work incentive, abundant development incentive and careful spirit incentive.
