摘 要：“开渔节”是江川县人民独特生活方式的集中展示，是朴素的民风民俗“共荣、和谐”的具体表现。在保持传统节日聚集、吃喝、玩乐风格特点的同时，江川县“开渔节”节还体现了现代社会体育为健康服务的价值理念。本文运用文献资料法和访谈法，对“开渔节”的历史渊源及发展趋势，进行简单的综述，并对节庆体育的概念及功能进行分析。重点探讨节庆体育对地区民族活力的影响。研究结果显示，江川县“开渔节”节庆活动在促进地区经济的发展过程中，更好地为民族体育提供了活动平台，让更多的人体会到民族体育活动的乐趣和魅力，对提高民族认同感，增强民族凝聚力，增强大众体育健身意识，增强当地人们的活力与幸福指数有着重要的影响。

ABSTRACT：“The Start-fishing Festival” is Jiangchuan  county people’s unique way of life’s concentrate and spread, is plain local custom and folklore “co-prosperity, harmonious” specific performance. To keep traditional festival assemble, eat,drink, and play style characteristics, at the same time, Jiangchuan county “the Strat-fishing Fesival” reflects the modern social sports for health services’ value concept. This paper use the law of literature material and interviews, to “the Start-fishing Festival” of history origin and development trend, and do make a simple briefly reviewed. To analyse the concepts and functions of festival sports. Emphasize to discuss the festival sports’ influence on the local national vigor. Research results show that Jiangchuan county “the Start-fishing Festival” festival activities in promoting regional economic development process. It’s better for the national sports provides activities platform, make more and more people realize the national sports activities’ interests and glamour, to improve national identity, enhance national cohesion, enhance public’s consciousness to physical exercise, and strengthening local people’s energy and happiness index has important influences.
