摘要:U&W作为国内服饰品牌企业的新生儿,在成立数月后于2011年12月正式在亚马逊中的“我要开店”项目注册成为卖家,并于2012年2月开始在亚马逊中国网站上销售商品。U&W的整个后台管理过程中,无论是前端销售、库存,还是后台数据分析等各项管理工作,都存在着问题,这些问题对于商品销售、品牌推广都产生着不良的影响。本文从后台管理员的角度出发,找出U&W存在的管理问题,分析弊端,设计出一系列可行的解决方案,并且在试行新措施的六个月后再次进行系列数据分析对比,从而确定后台的整体管理方式。 关键词: 服饰,亚马逊,后台管理,数据分析
Abstract:U&W, which was a newborn garment brand in China, registered as a seller in Amazon at December 2011 and started to sell from Amazon.cn at February 2012. In the whole process of U&W management, there are few problem of sales, inventory and data analysis, and so on, and all of that always impact on the branding adverse. This paper will start from the point of view of the administrator and analyze the exactly problem of management, finally, find out a set of possible solution. Additional, U&W's administrator will compare the new statistic with the old one, then hope can make sure the final manage process of U&W.
