摘要

　　　自从改革的春风吹入我国，我国中小外向型企业的发展呈现欣欣向荣，在经济增高、就业上升和国际间的融资等方面的贡献不言而喻。在全球经济一体化的形势下，其在增强对相对区位、技术、市场营销、内部化和特色产品等优势方面，使国际化经营的速度加快，为我国经济的快速持续升高做出了贡献。我们熟知，中小外向型企业走向成熟的重要标志是中小企业国际化经营。现代世界经济的一种潮流是企业国际化经营，我国中小外向型企业必须适应这一潮流或对新局面新形势作出相应的调整，不然将被淘汰于激烈的国际竞争中。在已经成为发展贸易的重要力量的中小企业，企业发展外贸业务的关键是怎样利用好国际贸易融资。

　　根据中国中小外向型企业国际贸易融资的现状，本文具体分析了造成中小企业国际贸易融资难的各种内外因素，试图构建一个完整的中小外向型企业国际贸易融资体系，包括完善中小企业信用体系、加强中小企管理等各方面因素，即提出我国中小外向型企业融资难的对策与其未来的发展前景。
