摘要:本文探讨在旅行社的业务中,导游员是处于核心位置,但是目前社会对导游认同度较低,美誉度界定模糊,一方面导游职业不被公众看好的,另一方面导游从业者对导游职业亦没有认同感和归属感。近年来媒体不断曝光“黑导游”的丑闻,公众对导游员的看法逐渐趋向于悲观或是对峙,各种现象造成目前旅行社人才流失的问题严重。对这一问题,本文根据旅行社的发展现状和前景,针对旅行社的管理制度弊端提出旅行社人才流失的问题,进一步分析人才流失的原因,在国家、旅行社方面提出应对策略。从导游员的切实利益出发,为改善导游员的薪酬和保障导游员人身安全提出有效建议。 关键词: 旅行社,人才流失,策略

探讨广之旅人才流失的问题对广之旅而言是非常必要的,对旅行社制度管理、人力资源管理具有重大的意义。导游人才缺失问题并非一朝一日能够解决的问题,这需要社会、政府、企业、媒体各方面的大力支持与配合。国家需要制定导游保障制度,广之旅需要完善制度,制定合理的薪酬制度,从根本上解决导游员的薪酬问题,用薪酬吸引人才,用奖励制度留住人才。
