摘要:人力资源如何合理有效地流动,已成为当今企业中普遍存在并且难以解决的问题。如何留住人才,如何规避人员流失对企业造成的损失,加强企业人力资源的可持续发展己成为人力资源管理中重要的研究内容。随着旅游业的高速发展,旅游业在国民经济中发挥的作用不断增人。而与此同时,旅游从业人员的频繁流动问题日益凸显,严重阻碍了旅游企业的生存与发展,从长远来看,十分不利于整个行业的健康、持续发展。因此,文以广州海宝度假酒店为例,对广州海宝度假酒店人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,主要有:企业的管理体制存在弊端;企业的人才管理理念存在误区;企业的人才管理策略欠科学;缺乏有效的培训系统。然后提出了几点看法和建议:更新企业的人才管理理念;建立与完善科学合理的用人机制;做好员工的职业生涯规划;针对企业不同层次员工的具体对策;建立良好的企业文化。 关键词:人力资源管理,海宝度假酒店,培训,企业文化
Abstract:The hotel as labor-intensive service industries, hotel products mainly through the hotel staff's service work can be achieved. Quality of service is a sign of its management level, while the effective management of employees is an important guarantee for the quality of hotel services. HR as a specific resource, the hotels have increasingly become the main source of competitive advantage. However, hotel development and utilization of human resources is not ideal, one important reason is that a serious staff turnover, resulting in hotel financial and material resources, inefficient use of resources, quality of service can not be guaranteed. This paper flowers HNA Resort Hotels of Hong Kong, Hong Kong HNA Resort on the flower of human resources management problems were discussed, including: Enterprise Management System defects; enterprise talent management concept of some mistake; enterprise talent management strategy less scientific; lack of effective training system. Then a few comments and suggestions: Update company's talent management philosophy; establish and improve scientific and reasonable employment mechanism; make their career planning; for enterprise employees at different levels of specific countermeasures; establish a good corporate culture Key words: Human resources management; resort hotels; training; corporate culture
酒店提供的主要产品是服务,服务需要人来提供。酒店的管理,说到底是人的管理。为了保证酒店经营活动的正常进行,就必须拥有一定数量的员工,并合理配置、科学开发、适当激励、激发员工的热情,提高员工素质,增强员工能力。既注重对员工的使用,又注重对员工的开发;既注重酒店发展,又注重员工个人的发展;既盘活整个员工队伍,又激活每个员工个体,使员工始终保持一种积极进取、奋发向上、勇于拼博、乐于奉献的精神状态,把潜在的能力最大限度地释放出来。为了留住员工,避免高流失率,应多渠道招募管理和服务人员,实现人力资源的竞争配置;有机整合各类培训,深度开发员工心智;建立绩效评估体系促进薪酬公平合理;重视员工激励管理;制定员工职业生涯发展规划;还要建立员工认同的组织文化,来促进本企业的发展。
