摘要:随着经济的发展，社会的进步，科学技术的不断提高，计算机科学日渐成熟，计算机越来越深入到我们日常的学习、工作及生活中，成为我们不可缺少的辅助工具。其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识，它已进入人类社会的各个领域，比如文字处理、信息管理、辅助设计、图形图像处理、教育培训以及游戏娱乐等，并发挥着越来越重要的作用，各行各业的人们无须经过特别的训练就能够使用电脑完成许许多多复杂的工作。

　　　在学校，计算机的使用更是普遍，特别在我国的教育系统中，试卷考试是学校检查学生学习情况的一种常用办法，而传统的出卷方式，老师们必须提前花费大量的时间和精力才能组成一份比较满意的试卷，比如说，要预先考虑好试卷的所有题型，难易程度。这是一个漫长而复杂的过程，已经越来越不适应现代教学的需要。

　　　题库管理系统可以为学校教师举行考试提供方便与快捷的方式，拥有与真实考试同样的题型、组卷等功能。其开发内容主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。提高教职员工的工作效率和工作质量，减轻其工作压力。也有很多软件科技公司致力于试题库管理系统的研究开发，作为一种商业工具。

　　　本系统开发采用C#.NET编程语言，以Visual Studio 2010、SQL Server 2008为开发工具，Windows XP作为操作系统而实现。遵循了软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。界面友好、操作方便。实现了科目内容、试题内容的设置；可以按试题的难易程度、题型、类别等分类录入、修改、删除试题，并可以实现对相关试题的查询；可以按照要求自动和手动组卷，并能打印试卷，便于用户存档和编辑。同时，该系统还具备一定的安全性，通过用户名与密码登陆等主要功能。
