摘要:随着科学技术的飞速发展，人们已进入信息社会。计算机已深入到各个领域，并且形成了功能强大、覆盖全球的信息传输网络。各个领域都向系统化、规范化、自动化的方向发展，使得工作效率和生活水平都发生了亘古未有的变化。教师工作量是教师工作绩效考核的一种方式，是学校评估教师工作的重要依据，大多数学校目前采取的教师工作绩效考核主要以教学和科研为主。强调工作实绩考核,包括教学任务、科研项目、成果奖励、发表论文、出版专著、获得专利等。而教学工作量是衡量教师教学任务的重要依据。

　　　随着社会的发展，学校不断的扩大规模，相关教学工作量的管理人员对处理各方面的数据也提出了更高的要求。而传统的教师工作量统计方法组织分散，易发生数据丢失，出现统计错误等情况，且劳动强度高，速度慢，这使得教师工作考核处理周期长，考核结果严重滞后，影响了教师教学工作考核的质量，带来了不少的负面效应。因此教师希望能够简便快捷的上报自己的工作量，同时，能随时查询到自己的工作情况，在发现错误后能够正确、及时的做出纠错。

　　　本系统运用当今最流行的JSP动态网页技术，以SQLSERVER2005为后台数据库开发基于WEB的教学工作量上报与统计系统，旨在为教学中庞大的教师工作量提供一个智能且高效的统计平台，它能够对教师的教学工作量信息进行批量地增加、查询、修改、统计等 。

Abstract:With the rapid development of science and technology, people have entered the information society. The computer has penetrated into every field, and the formation of the information transmission network of powerful, global coverage. Every field development towards the direction of the systematic, standardization, automation, makes the work efficiency and everlasting unprecedented changes have taken place in the living standards. Teacher's work is a way of teachers' work performance appraisal, is the important basis of evaluating teachers work, most schools currently take teachers' work performance appraisal mainly teaching and scientific research. Emphasis on job performance evaluation, including teaching, scientific research projects, work reward, published a paper, published monographs, patented, etc. The teaching work is the important basis to measure teachers' teaching task.

While the teacher workload statistics method of traditional distributed, prone to data loss, appeared statistical error conditions, and high labor intensity, slow speed, which makes the teachers' job evaluation treatment cycle is long, the assessment results serious lag, affected the evaluation of teaching quality, bring the negative effect of many. Therefore, teachers hope to own workload, reported to the simple and fast at the same time, can at any time to his work, correctly, timely to make a correction in the error is discovered.

　　　在科学技术飞速发展的今天，人们逐渐迈入了信息社会，互联网成为人们生活中必不可少的信息枢纽，它成为人们快速传递信息的重要渠道。在计算机尚未普及之前，教师工作量的统计与计算主要依赖于人工计算。传统的处理工作量的过程是：教师填写课程等资料以表格的形式上报给教务科，教务科在通过查询已有的记录给教师分配教学工作，然后根据教师的授课情况及其他综合方面来统计教师的教学工作量，并根据已规定的工作量计算方法用手动的或者通过计算器来计算教师的教学工作量。面对繁杂的数据和教师上传的报表，手工的处理方式很难能够跟上现代化的步伐，并且容易出现计算错误及统计不及时导致的工作量的堆积，从而产生一些不必要的麻烦。

　　　目前，计算机已应用于教学工作量的管理，虽然尚有大量需要研究和解决的问题，但计算机辅助管理已在我国的教育管理中得到了广泛的应用，但总体来说，还是需要不断的探索和研究，因为它将推动我国的教学工作量信息的处理逐渐迈向现代化。
