摘要:车辆传动系统传动性能的改善,意味着车辆传动机动性和经济性的提高,车辆传动系统可靠性的增强,必将有利于机动车辆安全性的增强,大力发展车辆传动惯性飞轮的研究必定是一个有发展前景的项目。 汽车传动性能的检测是机动车辆机动性、经济性与安全性检测的极为重要的项目之一,客观的检测出车辆的传动性能必将有利于机动车辆的进一步发展。本文着重对车辆传动惯性飞轮试验台中最为重要的部件之一——惯性飞轮进行了一系列的探讨研究。在此,本文对惯性飞轮的工作原理进行了分析说明,针对实际工作中可能存在的一些问题进行了必要论述且加以解决,并对各部件的选取进行了解释说明,此外,还对某些重要部件进行了适当改进。 关键词:车辆传动 惯性飞轮 粗调组 精调组 强度校核
ABSTRACT: The improve of transmission system’ performance means the increase of motor vehicle’s motivation and economical, the improve of the reliability of vehicle transmission system will benefite to the improvement of vehicle’s safety, focus on the development of vehicle transmission inertia flywheel must be a promising project. The detection of automobile transmission performance is one of the most important project for motor mobility, economic and security detection, detect vehicle transmission performance object will promote the development of motor vehicle .This paper focuses on the inertia flywheel one of the most important part of vehicle transmission inertia flywheel test platform and make a series of discuss and study. Then, this paper have analyzed the working principle of the inertia flywheel in detail, aiming at the possible problems in the actual work, this paper have a necessary discuss and try to make it out, it also make a necessary explain for the select of the components ,besides, this paper have some improvement for some important parts of the device. 目前来说,对汽车传动性能的检测一般通过实车路测,不仅费时,成本较高,而且准确度不高,此外其操作存在一定风险。本课题所作惯性飞轮通过组装后,不仅可以对不同型号的机动车辆传动性能进行模拟研究,而且可以减小环境对实验结果的影响。其更加符合实际情况。自动化程度高,更容易实现自动化的要求。相对于路测来说,滚筒式制装置有许多突出优点,首先,该方法检测过程简单,所耗时间较短。其次,占地面积小,相对于实车路测来讲,该方法可在室内进行操作,故可以避免风向,路面情况等一系列天气原因的影响。此外,设备耗资低,大多数零件可在市场实行产业化生产。
