摘 要:利用模具成型零件的方法,就是一种少切削、无切削、多工序重合的生产方法,采用模具成型的工艺代替传统的切削加工工艺,可以提高生产率、保证零件质量、节约材料、降低生产成本,从而取得很高的的经济效益,因此,模具成型方法在先代工业中,如机械、电子、轻工、交通和国防工业中得到了及广泛的应用。 (1)通过对饭盒的观察分析,从塑件的形状,结构初步画出三维图形,然后对塑件进行质量属性分析,尺寸精度的分析,确定塑件的材料,同时对塑件的成型工艺,性能数据加以分析。 (1)通过对塑件体积、质量的计算,确定注射机型号并对注射机参数进行校核;通过确定型腔数目、型腔分布、型腔分型面设计确定塑件在模具中的位置。 (2)对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机进行选择以及对有关参数进行校核。 (3)用CAD和UG绘图软件绘制二维零件图、装配图、以及三维实体。 关键字:注塑模;饭盒;CAD;UG
ABSTRACT:By using the method of molding parts, is a kind of of coincidence with less cutting and no cutting, production methods, adopt the molding process instead of traditional machining process, can improve productivity, ensure the quality of parts, save material, reduce the production cost, thus to achieve a high economic benefit, therefore, molding method in the modernize the industry, such as machinery, electronics, light industry, transportation and national defense industry and widely used. (2) based on the volume and quality of plastic parts, injection machine number and check for injection machine parameter; By determining number of cavity, cavity, cavity parting surface design to determine the positions of the plastic parts in the mold. (3) the mould gating system, molding part of the structure, the ejector system, cooling system, choose injection molding machine and related parameters for checking.
