摘 要:目前,我国的机械采油量占总采油量的80%以上。按照抽油装置动力传递方式的不同,机械采油主要包括有杆泵采油、无杆泵采油和气举法采油三大方式,但具体形式多种多样。随着液压技术的不断成熟,将液压技术融入到采油过程中,实现液压泵采油,这种机械采油方法,也是一种无杆泵采油方法。液压泵采油,主要包含两个部分,地面液压系统和井下泵结构。 本次设计是完成地面液压系统的设计,为井下泵提供足够的液压能,以维持正常的采油过程。通过井下泵所需要的液压力及流量,来计算并选择合适的液压泵、电动机、油管、截止阀、过滤器、油箱、蓄能器等部件,以一定的控制方式来实现下井1500米、柱塞行程5米及冲次为2的采油过程。 关键词:液压泵采油 液压系统 控制方式
