摘 要:本文主要介绍了颗粒物焙烤机的设计的过程。分析了目前焙烤机械的国内外现状,探讨了产品的市场开发背景,对设备的基本原理、结构设计以及各个子系统,如电加热系统、热风循环系统、排潮系统以及传动的主要功能都作了详细介绍,论述了焙烤机过程中采用的一些关键技术;远红外焙烤技术,加热更快捷,更方便,节约大理的能源,焙烤质量高;热风循环系统,充分利用了炉内的热风节约了资源;焙烤机的通风排潮系统,排出多余的水蒸气,提高了焙烤的质量;焊接整体式机架,降低了重量,节省了成本。本文研究成果及主要工作包括:首先,通过对比和分析加热方式,选择合适的加热方式;其次,对焙烤机的炉体结构的设计,然后系统的增加焙烤机中不可缺少的系统。颗粒物焙烤机隧道炉具有产量大、焙烤均匀、稳定可靠、操作简单等优点,配以相配套的焙烤设备可以提高生产效率。 关键词:焙烤;颗粒物;加热
ABSTRACT:This paper describes the particles baking machine design process. Analysis of the current status of domestic baking machinery, discussed the product development background, the basic principles of the device, structural design and various subsystems, such as electric heating systems, hot air circulation system, exhaust system, and the transmission wave functions for the main described in detail, discusses the process used in baking machine some of the key technologies; far-infrared roasting technology, heating faster, more convenient, energy saving Dali, baking high quality; air circulation system, full use of the hot air furnace savings resources; baking machine tidal ventilation exhaust systems discharge excess water vapor, improved baking quality; welding the whole rack, reducing the weight and cost savings.
