摘 要:钢铁工业是国家的基础工业，新世纪以来，随着中国经济的快速增长，中国钢铁工业继续保持高速增长势头。特别是连铸的发展促进了钢铁生产流程的进一步优化，连铸技术不断推动着中国钢铁工业的快速发展。近几年，由于我国连铸技术与国外先进水平还存在一定差距，所以连铸机设备和技术大部分还是靠引进。其中薄板坯连铸机几乎全部引进，并有继续引进的趋势；中薄板坯连铸机、异型坯连铸机全部引进；大方坯连铸机也有引进的倾向。小方坯连铸机经过几十年的发展，技术已经很成熟，目前基本达到世界先进水平。本次设计就是针对小方坯连铸机振动装置的设计。

　　　本文首先介绍了连铸设备的发展和结晶器的概述及基本参数，然后介绍了设计方案和参数计算，最后介绍了安装维护。本设计将正弦四连杆振动应用于方坯连铸机，优化了结晶器振动的情况，提高了钢坯质量。

ABSTRACT:Iron and steel industry is the country's basic industries, the new century, with China's rapid economic growth, China's iron and steel industry continues to maintain high growth momentum. In particular, the development of continuous casting promote steel production processes to further optimize, continuous casting technology continues to promote the rapid development of China's steel industry. In recent years, there is still a gap between foreign countries and China in the continuous casting technology, so the equipment and technology of the domestic caster most still rely on foreign imports. Almost all of the thin slab casters rely on introduction, and it is becoming the trend; all medium thin slab caster and beam blank caster depend on foreign imports; bloom caster has a tendency to introduce from foreign imports. After decades of development, the technology of billet caster is already very mature, now it has basically reached the world advanced level. This design is for the billet caster vibration device. 

　　　This paper provides the information of the continuous casting equipment development and the overview and the basic parameters of crystallizer, and then introduces the design and parameter calculation of vibration device, and finally describes installation and maintenance. The design make the sinusoidal vibration applied to four-bar billet caster to optimize the mold oscillation situation and improve the quality of billet.
