摘 要:石油钻机刹车系统机构是绞车的关键部件,针对使用钻机带式刹车系统带来的许多安全问题,设计制动系统工作可靠且具有良好的工艺特性的盘式刹车系统。盘式刹车系统主要有刹车盘、钳架,刹车块,制动钳、钳臂、液压控制系统组成,制动钳则由油缸、活塞、调节螺母、弹簧等主要零件构成,工作原理为油口进油刹车松开,卸油压刹车,刹车大小由刹把调节刹车阀来改变油缸压大小来实现,从而提高刹车力,增强刹车系统的可靠性和安全性。 论文开头介绍了设计此绞车的目的和意义,绞车的发展、研究现状以及绞 车的发展趋势,再对绞车的参数进行设计计算,主要有滚筒的直径、缠绳层数、滚筒缠绳的平均直径,以及绞车游动系统的分析。之后进行绞车结构设计,包括钳架结构,液压缸的结构和刹车钳的结构等。再对绞车的零部件进行了强度校核,保证其满足强度要求。 关键词:钻机 绞车 刹车系统 设计
