摘 要:本课题是以UG为平台,利用UG/Open API二次开发工具,对键槽拉刀进行参数化设计。键槽拉刀是一种常用成形刀具,其特点拉削余量大,加工精度高。但是键槽拉刀结构十分复杂,所以采用传统刀具的设计方式成本很高,设计效率低。因此,我们采用键槽拉刀的参数化设计就可以弥补上述缺点。其主要方法是通过UG进行几何建模,进行尺寸约束,然后通过VC与UG/OPEN API 配置好的环境制作对话框。最后在VC中写入对应的程序,编译连接到UG中,通过对话框输入参数驱使模型更新,从而实现键槽拉刀的参数化设计。 关键词:键槽拉刀 UG/Open API 参数化设计
ABSTRACT:This topic is based on UG platform, the use of UG/Open API secondary development tools, parametric design was carried out on the keyway broach. Keyway broach is a kind of common forming cutter, the features of broaching big allowance, high machining accuracy. But the keyway broach structure is complex, so the traditional way of the design cost is very high, the low design efficiency. Therefore, we adopt the keyway broach parametric design can make up for the shortcomings. The main methods for geometric modeling by UG, make dimensional constraint, then through VC with UG/OPEN API configured dialog environment production. Finally corresponding written into the VC program, compile connected to UG, through dialog input parameter driven model from the damage to the heavier build, so as to realize parametric design of keyway broach.
