摘要:本文详细介绍了垂直轴风力发电机组传动系统的设计过程。 风电传动系统的设计需考虑风轮惯性及发电机短路力矩及阵风等的影响,需要有风轮的载荷序列方能进行设计,所以必须先设计出风轮才有后面的一系列零部件。 风力发电机组中的传动系统主要功用是将风轮在风力作用下所产生的动力传递给发电机并使其得到相应的转速。通常风轮的转速很低,远达不到发电机发电所要求的转速,必须通过传动系统齿轮副的增速作用来实现。根据机组的总体布置要求,有时将与风轮轮毂直接相连的传动轴(俗称大轴)与传动系统合为一体,也有将大轴与传动系统分别布置,其间利用涨紧套装置或联轴节连接的结构,本设计选择后一种方式,以便于作为传动系统的增速箱的制造、安装以及维护。 具体方案选择一级直齿圆柱齿轮增速,结构简单,稳定性高,维护方便。安装结构方面,传动系统的输入和输出轴均与大轴平行,考虑到系统的功率负载不大,齿轮的转速也比较低,可选择脂润滑,同时解决了齿轮箱侧置会产生的漏油问题。 关键词:垂直轴风力发电机,传动系统,增速
Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the transmission system of vertical axis wind turbo generator designing. The design of transmission system of vertical axis wind turbo generator should consider the inertia of the wind wheel, even the impact of short circuit moment of the motor and flatus, and it impossible without the data of wind wheel’s load. So the wind wheel must be designed before the following steps. The function of the transmission system is to transfer the power from the wind wheel to the generator and endow it a corresponding rev. Normally the rev of the wind wheel is quite low and can not satisfy the generator’s demand,so there must be a transmission system to raise the out-put rev[3]. According to the demand of layout of the generator, the main axis is either combine with the transmission system or separated and connect to the in-put axis of the gearbox with a coupling. In this case the latter project is adopted to make it easier to manufacture, install and maintenance. The detail idea is use a single stage straight toothed spur gear transmission. The advantages of the idea is to make the system simple, steady and easy to maintain. The output axis and input axis are parallel to the main axis. The power of the system is not so strong and the rev of the axises is not very high, so the system will lubricated with grease and at the same time solve the problem of oil leaking.
