摘要:随着模具制造的技能化逐步向科学化发展,逐渐由以前手动方式发展为利用软件等高科技方式来辅助设计的完成。冷冲模是其中的一种。 冲压工艺具有生产效率高、质量稳定、成本低以及可加工复杂形状工件等一系列优点,在机械、汽车、轻工、国防、电机电器、家用电器,以及日常生活用品等行业应用非常广泛,占有十分重要的地位。随着工业产品的不断发展和生产技术水平的不断提高,冲压模具作为个部门的重要基础工艺装备将起到越来越大的作用。 本设计是对杯子的第一次拉深单工序膜的设计,其主要内容为:对模具在工业生产中的作用,模具发展历史与现状,未来模具的发展前景做了概述。进行零件的形状、尺寸、精度工艺分析,确定合理的工艺方案。确定毛坯尺寸,判断能否一次拉成,合理排样,绘制排样图,计算冲裁力、拉深力,确定压力中心、压力机的选用。确定拉深凸、凹模间隙,计算落料、拉深的凸、凹模刃口尺寸。确定凸、凹模结构,并绘制零件图,设计定位零件,压料、卸料、出件零部件,设计固定零件,选择模架标注紧固件。最后绘制模具非标准零件图,用CAD和UG分别画出二维与三维装配图。 关键词:落料;拉深;杯子;单工序模

Parts of the shape, size, precision process analysis, the determination of reasonable process program. Sure blank dimensions, judge whether a pull, rational layout, drawing layout diagram, the calculation of cutting force, deep drawing force, to determine the pressure center, the selection of the press. Sure deep drawing convex, concave die clearance, calculation blanking, deep drawing, convex, concave die size of blade. Sure convex, concave die structure, and drawing parts graph, design positioning parts, pressure materials, unloaded and a spare parts, design fixed parts, choose formwork mark fasteners.
