摘要:随着经济的全球化和信息时代的到来,各国企业都面临着重要挑战。民营企业作为中国经济发展的中坚力量,也面临着多重挑战。虽然民营企业对经济的增长贡献率持续增高,然而, 据资料统计,我国民营企业从创业到衰败,平均寿命只有2.9岁。企业的发展离不开优秀的员工,中国的民营企业之所以存活时限这么短,和其不完善的绩效考核体系是分不开的,本文着重研究民营企业绩效考核存在的不足,将之与国有企业的绩效方面做出对比,探索提高和改善绩效考核水平的有效途径,从而制定出适合民营企业的绩效考核体系,帮助民营企业利用正确的绩效考核体系来实现企业的战略目标,获得企业和员工的共同发展。 关键词:民营企业、绩效考核、改革
Abstract:With the advent of economic globalization and the information age, all enterprises are faced with important challenges. As the backbone of China’s economic development, private enterprises are faced with multiple challenges. Although the economic growth contribution of private enterprises are increasing, however, according to the statistics, China private enterprises’ average life span of only 2.9 years old from the start to decline. Enterprise’s development is inseparable from the excellent staff, China private enterprise’s short survival time is not divided with its imperfect performance appraisal systems. This paper focuses on the research of private enterprise performance evaluation problems, compared with state-owned company, explorer effective ways to enhance and improve the performance level in order to develop a performance appraisal system for civilian battalion enterprise, helping private enterprises to achieve the strategic goal with the correct performance appraisal systems, access to the common development of enterprises and employees.
