摘要:在大量阅读学习国内外对办公空间格局研究文献的基础上,本文主要通过对北京市西城区办公空间格局的调查研究,依据西城区办公空间格局特征,分析形成其空间格局的影响因素。进而,结合北京的实际情况及自身特点发现西城区办公空间格局存在的问题,提出相关对策和建议,最终得出相应的结论。 通过对西城区办公空间格局的分析,发现西城区的办公空间格局总体上呈现“小集聚,大分散”的特点,即,在整个西城区范围内办公空间分布相对均衡,但是也存在局部不均衡的问题,而且存在代表性的重点集聚区。之所以形成如此格局,受到历史、政策、经济、规划等诸多因素的影响,在发现现存格局优势的同时,也发现了由于空间的限制,过度集聚带来的不少问题,要解决这些问题,需要政府和企业共同努力,政府需要积极引导,同时企业自身也要合理选择,最关键的还是要适度的分散,向外围迁移。相信只要合理的解决问题,西城区会拥有最优质的办公空间格局。 关键词:办公空间 格局优化 北京西城区
