摘要:进入21世纪,随着经济的快速发展,能源的消耗量不断增加,按目前能源消耗的速度,常规能源的数量将逐渐减少直至耗尽。新能源和可再生能源的开发利用正日趋受到世界各国的普遍重视。全球可再生资源不断发展,风能作为一种高效清洁的能源正受到越来越多国家的高度重视,成为即石油燃料、化工燃料后的核心能源。我国是风能大国,缺电缺不缺风。除新疆内蒙外,特别是东部沿海地区靠近负荷中心地区,不仅风能密度大,年平均风速也高,进行风能开发利用潜力很大。我的论文采用SWTO分析法对长三角地区发展风电的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,得出长三角地区发展风电具有较大的潜力,如果能够大力开发,将有效的缓解我国供电紧张的状况,同时还能降低我国资源的消耗和缓解环境的压力。 关键词:swot分析法 风力资源 内部优势 内部劣势 外部机会
Abstract:Enter the twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of economy, energy consumption is increasing, the energy consumption rate, conventional energy number will gradually reduce until exhausted. New energy and renewable energy development and utilization is becoming increasingly popular around the world. Global renewable resources development, wind power as a clean and efficient energy is being more and more national attention, become namely petroleum fuel, chemical fuel core energy. China 's wind power, wind power is lacking. In addition to Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, especially in the eastern coastal areas near to load center area, not only the wind energy density, the annual average wind speed is high, great potential for wind energy development and utilization. My thesis by SWTO analysis method on the Yangtze River Delta region for the wind power development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of the Yangtze Delta area, wind power has a great potential, if can develop energetically, will alleviate effectively our country power tense situation in our country, and also reduce the resource consumption and environmental pressure relief. 长三角地区是我国经济的中心地区,其工业发达程度也是其他地区无可比拟的,无论是传统工业还是高新技术工业都占全球领先地位,因此在工业生产中所需要的电量也是非常巨大的。长三角地区的居民随着生活水平的提高,对家用电器的需求量也日益增加,并且对电的浪费现象很严重,尤其到了夏季,对空调巨大的依赖性使得长三角地区的电力紧张状况尤为突出。以浙江省为例,尽管浙江省的日购电力已在计划内购电基础上激增一半,但是拉闸限电仍然无法避免,大量企业不得不在开春之季就面临“开三停一”、“每周停二”等形式的限电措施。据浙江省电力公司表示,今年夏季浙江电网电力缺口为300万—500万千瓦。因此,长三角地区依然是一个巨大的市场。
