摘要:当今社会人才是最有价值的资产,人力资源逐渐已成为企业获取竞争优势的主要来源。在21世纪的知识经济时代企业竞争的核心已经聚焦于人才的竞争,因此,企业招聘工作的重要性也越发突出,根据对企业招聘现状的调查发现,相当多的中小企业对人员的引进较为随意,更多的时候是一种应急措施而不是的企业策略。虽然很多企业在人员招聘过程中下了很大功夫,但招聘的实际效果却并不理想。中小企业越来越重视招聘工作的进行,招聘工作是中小企业人力资源工作中非常重要的一个步骤,而人员选拔是招聘过程中最为关键也是技术性最强的一步。中小企业由于自身条件的限制,没有一个完善的合适的人才测评的方法。本文通过对中小企业招聘现状的分析提出中小企业在招聘过程中存在的各种问题,再在各种人才测评理论基础上,合理完善和加强人才测评的测评程序和操作方法,尝试性的提出一种独特的适合于各个中小企业招聘工作的人才测评方法。 关键词:招聘;问题;规避;人才测评;中小企业
Abstract: In today's society talents are the most valuable assets, human resource gradually has become the enterprises to gain the competitive advantage main origin.In the 21st century, the era of knowledge economy enterprise competitive core has focused on talents competition, therefore, the enterprise the importance of recruiting work more prominent, according to the investigation of the present situation of enterprises in recruitment, found that quite a number of small and medium-sized enterprises to personnel introducing more optional, more time is a kind of emergency measures instead of enterprise strategy.Although many enterprises in staff recruitment process made a lot of effort, but the actual effect is not for good.Based on the analysis of the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises proposed for smes in the recruitment process all kinds of problems existing in, reasonable and perfect and strengthen the talent evaluates evaluation program and operating methods, the article puts forward a kind of unique suitable for various small and medium-sized enterprise personnel assessment method of recruitment.
