摘要:中小企业融资问题已经是一个老生常谈的问题了，研究中小企业的文献也是数不胜数。虽然已经有了那么多的分析和研究，但是中小企业的融资问题并没有得到很好的解决，尤其是受到金融危机的冲击，使得这一问题更加的严峻，因此，我们仍然要针对中小企业融资难问题，进行更加深入的研究。

　　　想要分析研究中小企业，首先就要弄懂什么是中小企业，要了解与中小企业融资相关的基本概念，只有清楚了概念之后才能进行正确的研究。本文首先介绍了世界上著名的一些理论研究，以及我国专家学者在国外理论研究的基础之上所分析出来的我国中小企业解决融资难问题的方案和措施；其次分析了金融危机以来我国中小企业的现状和面临的困境；再次分析了国外解决中小企业融资问题比较成功的模式和经验；最后自己在总结分析了国外经验和我国的现实情况之后，提出了建立有效的中小企业融资机制的建议，包括建立健全中小企业融资法律体系，完善中小企业融资机构体系、中小企业融资担保体系以及中小企业的信用评价体系等。当然想要解决中小企业融资问题最主要的还是要中小企业更加努力的转变自己，做好企业自身。

ABSTRCT:SME financing is a commonplace problem, SME research literature is endless. Although there have been so many analysis and research, but SME financing problem has not been solved, especially by the financial crisis, making the problem even more serious, so we still have to make more and in-depth research finance for SMEs difficult problem.

　　　We must understand what is SME at first if we want to analysis it, and must understand the basic concepts related to SMEs financing, only be carried out after clear concept proper research. This paper introduces the some world famous of theoretical studies at first, as well as experts and scholars analyzed out to solve the problem of financing of SME programs and measures which on the basis of theoretical study in the foreign country. Secondly, analyzed of the current situation of SMEs facing difficulties after the financial crisis, and reanalyzed abroad to solve the problem of SME financing more successful models and experiences. Finally proposed that establishing effective mechanisms for SME financing proposals on the basic of summarized and analyzed the foreign experience and the reality of Chinese situation, including the establishment of a sound SME financing legal system, improve the institutional system of SME financing, SME financing credit guarantee system and evaluation system. Of course, the most important is that SMEs must be harder to change their own and do themselves well if they hope to solve the problem of financing.
