摘要:滇中城市经济圈市政府推动的在滇中城市密集区基础上建立起来的城市经济区。滇中城市经济圈的发展对带动整个西部地区的经济发展，实现“西部大开发”和“西南桥头堡”建设战略目标的实现具有极其重要的意义。

　　　本文总共分为四章，第一章分析了滇中城市经济圈建设的历史情况和现状，并对滇中城市经济圈的界定、提出背景、发展规划做了介绍。第二章在分析国内外城市经济圈建设情况的基础上总结经验和教训，为滇中建设提供借鉴。第三章通过具体的经济数据分析、SWOT分析，理清滇中城市经济圈建设的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战。第四章在前面的分析基础上提出发展思路和政策措施，探索加速经济发展的有效途径，最终实现滇中城市群综合竞争力的有效提升，带动云南省经济加速发展。

Abstract:According to government leadership the Yunan Central Regions City Circle Construction is a populated area on the basis of the established city group. The development of central Yunnan city economic circle drive the economic development of the entire western region has great significance.

　　　This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter analyzes the city economic circle development history, present situation, and the definition, background, development planning. The second chapter summarizes the experiences and lessons learned on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign construction, to provide a reference for our construction of the Yunnan Province, Central City Economic Zone. The third chapter by analyzing the economic data, SWOT analysis, lists the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of building. The fourth chapter proposes the development of ideas and policy measures based on the analysis in the previous, improve comprehensive competitive power, accelerated economic development of Yunnan Province.
