摘要:自十届人大二次全会政府工作报告中提出“建设服务型政府”以来，“服务”的观念越来越放大到整个社会的各个层级中，服务意识等概念也逐渐被人们熟知。社会工作人才在新时期、新形势下面临着社会中喷涌而出的各种复杂社会矛盾和问题，在全面建设小康社会以及建设社会主义和谐社会的背景下，社会工作专业人才也应顺应时代潮流，紧跟党和政府的步伐，将“服务”引入到社会工作中，因此，以服务为本，培养社会工作专业人才的探讨也渐渐火热起来。本文所要探究的主要内容就是以服务为根本出发点，从培养服务型社会工作专业人才的背景、可行性论证、培养模式、等多个方面来论述这一问题。

ABSTRACT: Since the Second Plenary Session of the Tenth National People's Congress government work report that "building service-oriented government" ，the "service" concept increasingly enlarged to all levels of society as a whole, it concept of awareness has gradually been known. Social work professionals in the new era, the new situation facing society spewing out a variety of complex social contradictions and problems in building a moderately prosperous society and building a socialist harmonious society in the context of social work professionals should also adapt to the times , keeping the pace of the party and the government will "service" into social work, therefore, service-oriented culture of social work professionals explore gradually picking up. This paper is to explore the main content is to serve as the fundamental starting point, from a culture of social work professionals in service-oriented background, feasibility studies, training mode, and many other aspects to discuss this issue.
