摘要:素质拓展训练作为一种体验式培训方式,具有其独特性,其新颖的培训方式和价值不断得到人们认可。现在,我国越来越多的企业、事业单位把素质拓展训练纳入员工的培训体系,提高人力资本的竞争力。但是,目前素质拓展训练运作中,还存在受训者参与分享与讨论较少、培训师素质拓展训练技能与培训理念不足、培训课程不能与时俱进,培训项目缺乏开拓创新等问题。鉴于素质拓展训练与社会工作都是具有相同的理念、目标,相似的实施模式,因此,素质拓展训练应借鉴社会工作的价值理念和方法,坚持科学发展观、坚持以人为本和受训者自我决定的原则制定素质拓展计划,素质拓展过程中遵循互助互惠与赋权原则、尊重受训者的尊严、权利和能力,运用讲解与示范、鼓励与支持、积极倾听、联结与设限、阻止与对质等方法与技巧,不断完善素质拓展训练的不足,提高素质拓展训练的培训效果。 关键词:社会工作价值理念;社会工作方法;素质拓展训练;体验式培训
Abstract:As a method of experimental training, Outward Bound, the novel training means and values of which is getting more and more recognition, possesses its own uniqueness. Currently, with the purpose of promoting the competitiveness of human capital, more and more enterprises and organizations adopt Outward Bound as one part of staff straining. However, during the operation of Outward Bound, there are still some problems, for instance, rare participation in the sharing and discussion of the trainees, insufficient of the outward training skills and training philosophy of the trainers, the backwardness of the training curriculum, and the lack of innovation in the training projects. As there exist the same philosophy, target and similar implementation pattern between Outward Bound and Social Work, consequently, Outward Bound ought to take reference from the philosophy and methods of social work, that is, to establish quality-oriented training plan by adhering to the concept of Scientific Development and the principle of people-oriented and trainees’ self-determination. In addition, during the process of Outward Bound, we should follow the principle of mutual facilitation, mutual benefit and empowerment, respect the trainees’ dignity, right, and capability, and apply the means and skills, for example, explanation and demonstration; encouragement and support; listen actively; union and restriction; deterrence and confrontation. By doing theses, we could not only perfect the Outward Bound continuously, but improve the training efficiency. Keywords: Social Work Values;Social Work methods;Outward Bound;Experimental training
素质拓展训练借鉴社会工作的一些价值理念,充实或者弥补了素质拓展的培训理念,更加的强调以人为本,尊重人的价值,相信个人有改变自己的能力,挖掘个人潜能,发展自己。此外,利用社会工作方法技巧,不断完善素质拓展训练实际运用中的不足,提高素质拓展训练培训效果。把社会工作价值理念与方法运用到素质拓展训练中,也引导了素质拓展训练走科学化的培训道路,在培训行业中更好的发展。但由于自身的科研水平有限,如何把社会工作的价值理念和方法更好的运用到素质拓展培训中思考的还不够透彻,存在不足,希望自己在以后的实践中不断的观察、思考和创新。
