摘要：人文素质是当代大学生诸多素质中的一项最重要、最根本的素质，是人类发展中起着重要作用的素质，对于其他素质的发展起着渗透和影响的作用。音乐师范生是将来音乐教育事业上的领跑者，担当着“灵魂工程师”的重任。如何适应时代发展的要求，培养出一批既有较强的专业技能，又有良好的人文素质的音乐师范生是关系到我们国民教育事业发展的大事。因此在教学过程中不仅注重学生的专业技能的培养，其次注重人文素质教育是每个音乐老师义不容辞的责任。

Abstract: Humanistic quality of the college students is one of the many quality is the most important and fundamental quality, are the human development plays an important role in the quality, and on other quality development plays the role of the penetration and impact. Music students of music education career are the future leader, and bear the burden of "soul engineer". How to adapt to the demands of the development of times, train a number of both strong professional skills, and has the good of humanistic quality of the students of music is related to our national education career event.
