摘 要:通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,采用Bruce间接测定最大摄氧法,对XX学院武术专修班10名男学生的有氧代谢能力进行研究,通过实验可得知武术专修班学生同比则有显著差异,提出在武术基础训练中应注意加强有氧代谢能力训练,以有助于耐力素质的全面提高,以及对传统训练方法的改进和完善,使其理论内涵得到极大的丰富,操作方式得到深刻的改进,应用功能得到充分的发挥,应用领域得到广泛的拓展,为XX学院武术专修班学生有氧能力训练和耐力素质的提高提供一定的参考。 关键词:武术专修班男学生;有氧能力;最大摄氧量
ABSTRACT:The article uses many kinds of researching methods, such as the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and so on .And it researchs aerobic metabolic ability of martial arts ZhuanXiuBan’s 10 male classmates of Honghe university with Bruce indirect measuring method of intaking maximum oxygen . Through the experiment,we can know that students of ZhuanXiuBan martial arts are significantly different with others.So the paper suggests that we shuld pay attention to strengthen training of aerobic metabolic ability in basic training of martial arts to help improve the quality of the endurance. Through improving the way of the traditional training method , we can make its theoretical connotation rich, operation way improved, the application of the function good,and field of application expanding. It is no doubt that the article can provide certain reference for ZhuanXiuBan martial arts students to improve the quality of endurance and aerobic capacity training of the Honghe university.
