摘要:受家庭、社会环境、遗传、教师的教学和学生自身生理心理等许多因素的影响,教学过程中难免有一部分“学困生”出现。本文通过研究学困生这一群体的家庭,学校,社会现状,深入了解学生自身心理、生理、学习方法等方面遇到的问题,分析其形成的原因,并有针对性的为学困生的转化提出策略,以适应建设和谐校园、和谐社会的要求,适应新课程“以人为本”、“为了每个学生的发展”、“让每一个学生个性获得充分发展”的要求。真正从教师角度帮助学生解决数学学习中的实际问题,同时也建立起教师与学生之间交流的平台。 关键字:学困生 现状 转化策略
