摘要：2007年“阳光体育”活动在我国各类学校开展以来，对我国学校体育的改革发展产生了巨大的影响，特别是极大地调动了广大学生对体育锻炼与体质、健康关系的认识。本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计分析法，对目前界头乡各中学学生参加“阳光体育”活动的具体情况进行调查，结合调查数据对各中学开展“阳光体育”活动存在的问题及影响正常开展“阳光体育”活动的因素进行分析，提出些许对策与建议，期望使“阳光体育”活动在界头乡各中学更加科学、全面的开展，从而促进中学生自觉进行体育锻炼，并形成终身体育意识。让“阳光体育”活动使学生在体育兴趣、爱好和特长等方面综合发展，使学生形成良好的自我体育锻炼价值感，树立正确的体育健身价值观。

ABSTRACT：In 2007, since “sunshine sports” activity launched in all kinds of schools in China, it has had a huge impact on the reform of our country school sports develop-ment,especially greatly mobilized students ’understanding over physical exercise,physique and health. This article through the questionnaire, literature date method,mathematical statistics method, conducting a survey on the specific conditions of each high school students who participate in “sunshine sports” activity in Jietou township, and combining with the investigation data in schools in “sunshine sports”activity in the Jietou township develops more scientifically, comprehensively in each high school, so as to promote the middle school students’ consciousness of physical exercise, and form lifetime sports consciousness. Expecting through the “sunshine sports” activity, so that students can have comprehensive development in sports study interests, hobbies and individual character, etc, and makes students form good self- physical exercise value, sets up the correct sports fitness values.

特别是在文化教育事业，国家非常关注当地青少年儿童的健康成长，加大资金的投入，扩大学校建设规模，完善学校设施。据了解，当地适学儿童入学率已经达到98%，使九年义务教育完全达到国家标准的要求。2007年“阳光体育”活动在界头乡各中学开展以来，改变了体育在学校中的地位，提高了学生和教师对体育健身意识的认识。为了能使“阳光体育”活动的精神永存，让界头乡各学校的体育教育健康持续的发展，本文设计问卷对界头乡各中学“阳光体育”活动开展的情况进行调查，了解和掌握界头乡中学生参加“阳光体育”活动现状，提出改善中学生参加“阳光体育”活动的对策，为“阳光体育”活动在界头乡各中学继续全面、科学、健康、有序地开展提供理论参考。
