摘要:在新世纪,建筑给排水将更突出以人为本的原则,并将重点调整到民用建筑与工业建筑并重,公共建筑与居住建筑并重,冷水供应与热水供应并重,走上全面、均衡、务实、安全的发展之路。 本文针对丰源大厦,结合对设计标准、规范的理解,对该建筑的给水系统、排水系统、消防水系统、热水系统,主要以设计计算说明的形式,进行了初步探讨。 根据设计资料,市政给水管网的水压为280KPa,分为低中高三个区:地下-1至5层为低区,由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上给方式;中区为6-12层,采用水泵—水箱联合供水,管网上行下给,中区水箱设置在转换层内。高区为13-16层,高区水箱在屋顶,管网上行下给。给水系统管材采用PP-R管。 本建筑属一类建筑,设室内消火栓给水系统,室内消火栓用水量为20L/s,室内消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱—水泵联合供水,消防水箱贮存10分钟消防用水,消防泵及管道均单独设置。此建筑的火灾危险等级属于中危险Ⅰ级,设自动喷淋系统,其设计喷水强度为6L/(minm2),设计作用面积为160m2,系统喷头的工作压力为0.06MPa,用水量为20L/s。室内消火栓给水系统管材采用普通碳素无缝钢管,自动喷水灭火系统采用内外壁热浸镀锌钢管。 本设计室内排水系统采用合流制,卫生间污废水经化粪池后直接排至室外排水管网,男、女厕所分别设置立管。排水系统首层单独排放,并就近排至户外。高区排水立管设有伸顶通气管。同时设置专用通气管,辅以结合通气管连接成三管系统。地下室积水经地沟排至集水坑,再通过污水提升泵排至室外城市污水管网。本设计排水管材采用柔性接口机制排水铸铁管。 本建筑热水设计部分为2-5层东北侧淋浴间、厨房用水及13层公共浴室,采用集中式热水供应系统。2-5层的水加热器由市政供给冷水,13层公共浴室的水加热器由高区水箱供给冷水,均采用容积式水加热器,集中设置在地下室。本设计热水系统采用薄壁铜管,管件与管道的材质相同,水加热间内采用不锈钢管。 关键词 给水系统;排水系统;消防系统;热水系统

I will make the construction of water supply system, drainage system, fire water system, hot water systemwith the understanding of design standards and specifications, mainly in the preliminary design calculations .
