摘要:这次设计的内容是给一个综合型高层建筑的建筑给排水设计,主要包括主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统。 给水系统采用水箱水泵联合给水方式,分两区,负一至三层为一个区,四到十三层为一个区,设置贮水池、水泵及水箱的给水方式,地下注水池容积400m3,屋顶水箱容积34.6m3。给水管采用PP-R管。 排水系统采用污、废水合流制,采用升顶通气管,排水管采用塑料管。 消防系统有室内消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统。室内消火栓用水量为40L/s,每根立管最小流量为5L/s,每支水枪最小流量为5L/s。自喷系统消防用水量为20 L/s,作用面积为160m3,喷水强度为6L/min m2,喷头工作压力为0.1Mpa。 热水系统采用集中热水供应系统,采用容积式水加热器,热源来自蒸汽热媒,集中设置在地下室。热水管采用给水聚丙烯热水管。 本次设计考虑到地区性、建筑性质,建筑类别相对高级,进行建筑给水排水工程的设计,不但要满足人们的生活需要,并且要使人们得到舒适便利的生活环境。设计的大体内容是:建筑给水工程、排水工程、热水工程和消防工程,设计的意义在于满足人们生活业娱乐用水的同时,要满足室内的消防用水,保障人们购物、办公的安全性。在设计中,大都按照常规方法,严格依据设计规范来进行,建筑给水排水系统及卫生设备要相对完善,在技术上要保持先进的水平。尽量使用符合经济流速的管径,以便降低成本,同时要考虑水的漏失、压力情况来选择管材和一些连接管件,以便水从市政管网输送到建筑内的过程中,水的漏失量最少,节约水资源。 关键词:给水系统;排水系统;消防系统;热水系统
Abstract:This design is a set of shopping malls, banks, resraurant, KTV rooms and other functions as an integrated building high-rise building drainage design, including water supply system, drainage system, fire protection system, hot water system and roof rainwater system . water supply system adopt water tanks and pumps united to supply water,two zones altogather, the first floor-three floor is a zone, four to sixteen floor is another zone, set the storage tank, pumps and water tanks,the cubage of the reservoir is400m2,and the roof water tank is34.6m2. Water supply system adopt PP-R pipe . Drainage system adopt sewage, wastewater Combined to drain. The design of drainage pipe with plastic pipe. Fire protection system includes interior fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system. Fire hydrant water for the 20L / s, minimum flow rate of each standpipe 10L / s, each gun minimum flow 5 L / s. This building is in danger of fire danger rating of grade 1, the design function area of 160 design to water density is 6,and the function pressure is 0.1MPa. Hot water systems does’nt need to supply hot water throughout the day,adopt the positive-displacement water heater,the heat source is from the steam heat medium.
