摘 要:小学生在生活中会产生各种情绪体验,常见不良情绪主要有焦虑、嫉妒、愤怒、抑郁、自卑、害羞,如果负性情绪的体验和表达过于强烈和持久,就要运用调节策略对负性情绪反应进行监控、评估和修正,以适应外界情境和人际关系的需要,维护小学生的心理健康,促进小学生健康成长。主要的调节策略有:合理情绪疗法、放松训练、系统脱敏、发泄策略、情绪转移。 关键词:小学生;常见不良情绪;影响因素;调节策略
