中文摘要:英语课堂教学是外语教学的主要教学形式,如何有效利用课堂教学使初中学生进行高效率的英语学习是十分重要的。而当前初中英语课堂教学中普遍存在教师忽视学生主体性的现象,造成课堂教学效果不佳。人本主义教育理论强调教学活动的实施应该有助于促进学生情感、个性的发展,学生潜能的发挥,学生学习积极性和主动性的培养。 -根据人本主义教育理论,课堂教学应强调学生在教学中的主体地位。本文通过对初中英语课堂教学的现状进行问卷调查,发现初中英语课堂教学中普遍存在教学内容应试化,教学过程中忽视学生情感需求,轻视学生的全面发展需求等问题,并根据调查结果探讨分析了造成这些问题的原因。在此基础上,根据人本主义教育理论,提出了改善初中英语课堂教学的策略,包括注重培养学生的实际应用能力,采用满足学生情感需求的教学内容和方法,使用促进学生有效学习的教学策略等,以引起教师对英语课堂教学方法的重视,运用人本主义教育理论指导自己的英语课堂教学,以克服英语课堂教学中存在的问题,改善自己的课堂教学方法,从而达到提高初中英语课堂教学效果的目的。 关键词:人本主义教育理论;课堂教学;现状;教学策略
