Abstract: Black English as an informal style is influencing on the development and the changes of American Standard English more and more strongly. Firstly, this paper expounds the differences between Black English and American Standard English from pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. And then this paper illustrates the different degrees of influences that Black English on American Standard English from these three aspects. Secondly, it analyses the sociolinguistic factors of the growing influence of Black English from music, stylish culture, politics and the rise of social network. It is aimed at helping common people to better understand Black English and the development direction of American Standard English.
