Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between the oral English teaching and the situational teaching method. This paper raises the principles about how to create the situation in class in Middle School by analyzing current situation and studying the theories. Empirical research is also used to support the ideas and to delve into the study. The results show that the situational teaching method in oral English class is more suitable to the current condition. Students will be more interested in their English study. Furthermore, it is easily carried out by teachers in their class. The paper concludes that the situational teaching method can improve students’ oral English efficiently.
