[中文摘要]:我国新一轮的小学音乐教育改革不仅带来了教育观念和人才培养方式的更新,而且还给音乐教师带来了更大的挑战。这一巨大的挑战,就是要求教师不断地弥补和完善自己原有的知识能力结构。调查发现,目前许多小学音乐教师在新课改中感到不适应,表现在教育理念的转变、教学模式的更新、教学手段的变化、业务能力的提高等方面。因此,为了确保新课程改革的顺利实施,全面提高教师素质成为刻不容缓的问题。 本文以小学音乐教师专业化理念为基础,结合我国新一轮课程改革的目标内容,结合小学音乐教师专业素质现状,探讨新课程改革背景下小学音乐教师应该具备怎样的专业素质。 [关键词]:小学 音乐教育 课程改革 教师素质 启示
[Abstract]: The new round of primary school music education, education reform brought not only the way ideas and personnel training updates, and returned to the music teacher brought greater challenges.
