摘要:中国古典舞的初步材料已基本形成,并已完善和成熟。在中国古典舞教学主要表现在行为体与基训基本技能培训的独立式的培训,为两个不同的课程,如此一来不但能把学生的身法韵律训练得很有“中国特色”,而且在基训课堂上能通过芭蕾舞的科学性把学生的每个身体部位的能力都训练得很好。在目前的中国古典舞基训课堂上,我们通常都会脚底下用芭蕾的训练方法,上身在加上中国古典舞的舞姿,和上中国古典舞中下肢专有的勾、绷、蒯,这样的结合不仅可以培养学生的规范性和能力,同时也让学生们知道该如何放松他们自己的身体,而技巧我们也不放弃戏曲里的传统技巧。

ABSTRACT:Chinese classical dance Preliminary material has been basically formed, and in a towards perfection and maturity. In the present China classic dancing class, we usually use the method of training ballet under the soles of the feet, the upper part of the body in addition Chinese classical dance dance, and lower extremity proprietary Chinese classical dance on the hook, stretch, Kuai, this combination can not only the cultivation of students' normative and ability, but also let the students know how to relax their body and skill, we don't give up the traditional skills in the opera.
