摘要：舞蹈艺术以其独特的魅力深受少年儿童的喜爱,是实施少儿艺术教育的重要途径之一,在素质教育中有着其他学科所不可替代的特殊教育功能。舞蹈是以人的身体动作为主要表现手段的，形象生动、富有感染力、易于少儿接受的一种综合性的表演艺术,对少儿智力开发、形体塑造、品格修养、陶冶情操、审美能力的培养以及身体素质的提高等等方面都起着很大的促进作用。本文首先对少儿舞蹈的特点进行了介绍，然后对少儿舞蹈培养的方式方法进行了详细的论述：培养儿童舞蹈兴趣；培养儿童想象力与创造力；促进儿童心理发展。通过舞蹈培养，陶冶少儿性情，使少儿受到美的熏陶，并激发少儿自我表现和自我表达的艺术潜能，它是少儿能力与心理和谐发展的重要手段。

Abstract：The art of dance with its unique charm is deeply loved by children, which is an important way of implementation of children's art education. Dance have special educational function can not be replaced by other subjects in quality education. Based on body movements as the main performance means, dance is a comprehensive performing arts, with characteristics of vivid, full of appealing, accepted easily by children. Dance play a significant promoting role in many ways, such as children's intellectual development, physical shape, character training, cultivate character, ability of aesthetic and improvement of physical. Firstly, this article introduces the characteristics of children's dance, then discussed in detail about ways and means of training of children's dance: develop children's interests of dance; develop children's imagination and creativity; promote the psychological development of children. Dance training cultivate children's temperament, so that children are given esthetical edification. Dance training stimulate children's artistic potential of self-expression and self-expression, which is an important mean of harmonious development of children's abilities and psychology.

　　　作为舞蹈老师，应不断的充实自身的知识，提高自身的综合素质、加强少儿舞蹈培养全面深刻的理性认识和少儿特性的规律把握，积累经验并结合少儿的特性和条件来实施舞蹈培养，逐步形成科学的少儿舞蹈教学风格，通过舞蹈培养来为少儿的身心和谐与健康发展做出贡献。
