摘要：全面贯彻落实科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐社会，是党中央从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和全面建设小康社会全局提出的重大战略任务，反映了建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家的内在要求，体现了全党全国各族人民的共同愿望。而如何全方位、多角度地做好构建社会主义和谐社会的新闻报道，营造良好的舆论环境，是我国新闻媒体，特别是主流新闻媒体面临的现实课题和重要任务。本论文以“皖南事变的纪念活动”为例，通过这一历史事件，进一步透视了新闻摄影对于建设和谐社会具有重要的作用和价值。

Abstract：Comprehensively implementing the scientific outlook on development, building a socialist harmonious society, is the Central Party committee from the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics overall layout and the comprehensive construction well-off society overall situation puts forward major strategy task, reflecting the construction socialism country intrinsic request, reflects the common aspiration of the whole Party and the people. But how all-around, much angle to establish the socialist harmonious society news, create a good public opinion environment, is China's news media, especially the mainstream news media face the realistic problem and an important task. The thesis of " Southern Anhui Incident Memorial." as an example, through the historical event, further perspective on the news photography for the building of a harmonious society has an important role and value.

　　当今时代已进入“读图时代”，新闻摄影正以其独特的影像魅力，较高的公信力赢得公众的广泛关注。新闻摄影工作者是党所领导的新闻舆论大军中的一支功能独特、充满活力的方面军，应当充分发挥自己的独特作用，要积极探索新模式和新机制，更好的为地方经济发展服务，努力成为社会主义和谐社会的出色建设者。在构建和谐社会的时代背景下，很关键的一点就是需要在新闻摄影作品中充分体现和运用和谐理念。把和谐作为新闻摄影工作的主基调，才能把握新闻摄影的正确方向，才能实现新闻和形象价值的有机统一。本论文结合“皖南事变的纪念活动”的新闻摄影实践，试图通过在新闻摄影中和谐理念的体现和运用，进行深入的研究和分析。
