摘要：资金是企业的源泉和动力。企业想生存和发展，必须正确理解风险的存在。在市场经济条件复杂的情况下，企业都不同程度的面对着筹资风险。本文从筹资风险的基本理论出发，阐述了筹资风险的定义及特征，对筹资风险外生因素和内生因素作了深入、全面的分析，并以南通兴鑫塑料科技股份有限公司为对象的基础上,综合运用相关财务指标，以负债性筹资风险为主，结合权益性筹资风险对该公司筹资风险问题做出了一系列的分析，并提出了相应的解决对策，尽可能地把筹资风险所带来的损失降到最低。

资本作为企业生产经营活动的一种基本要素，是企业建立和生存发展的一个不可缺少的条件。因此筹资成为了一个企业从成立到发展的基石，是一个公司需要不断增强的理财职能。本文选举了南通兴鑫塑料科技股份有限公司,以其为对象进行筹资风险的研究控制，该公司近几年存在着很大的的筹资风险，如果不加以重视，改善其现状，就很有可能给该公司带来破产的风险。通过研究南通兴鑫塑料科技股份有限公司的筹资风险，找出不足的地方并加以改善，帮助南通兴鑫塑料科技股份有限公司走出财务风险的危机，具有一定的实用价值和重大的意义。具体包括：（1）有利于该公司加强筹资风险的防范与控制；（2）有利于该公司长期稳定的发展，实现企业价值最大化。
