摘要:在当今日益激烈的市场竞争下，科技型中小企业的发展飞速，推动着我国传统产业的升级和改造，促进我国高新技术产业的形成和发展，对于增强我国企业国际竞争力等方面的内容发挥了显著的作用，为我国的经济发展奠定了重要基础。然而，我国科技型中小企业在发展过程中却面临着许多的困难，其中融资难是普遍存在的突出问题。

　　　本文将科技型中小企业的融资问题作为研究的对象和目标，通过深入调研和大量阅读文献的基础上，对我国的科技型中小企业进行界定，提出我国科技型中小企业的现状及融资方面存在的问题。本文以海安万众粉末冶金有限公司为例，分析企业融资问题现状和企业发展过程中融资存在的问题和一系列的解决办法，了解科技型中小企业在融资问题上的常见困难和解决办法。
