摘要：从改革开放到如今，金湖地区的中小企业已经发展了30多年，该地区的中小企业约占整个地区总企业的90%，创造出的GDP约占60%。但是发达地区相比，金湖地区的中小企业融资难问题严重，制约着金湖地区中小企业的发展。但是，民间金融为金湖地区中小企业发展提供了有力支持，特殊时期，金湖地区中小企业的资金大部分来自民间金融。可是很遗憾，民间金融组织经常被认为是非法的组织。所以，民间金融对金湖地区中小企业发展的作用也经常被忽略。

　　　本文采用文献研究法、理论和实际结合法、案例分析法等方法以金湖地区中小企业做为研究对象，首先对中小民营企业、融资以及民间金融的概念进行了界定，然后分析金湖地区中小企业融资的问题，重点分析金湖地区民间金融在中小企业中的优势，来说明民间金融与中小企业的重要关系。在上述分析的基础上，提出金湖地区中小企业民间融资的对策与建议。这些研究与分析，有助于推动金湖地区中小企业的发展，对解决金湖地区中小企业融资难的问题起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract：From the reform and opening up to now, Jinhu region of small and medium-sized enterprises have developed more than 30 years, the area of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for about 90% of enterprises throughout the region, to create the GDP was about 60%. But compared to developed regions, Jinhu region of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem seriously, restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu. However, the existence of private finance to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu, the special period, the small and medium-sized enterprise most of the funds from the folk finance. But unfortunately, the folk financial organization is often regarded as illegal organization, has no legal status, therefore, for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises role is neglected.

　　　This article uses the literature research method, combined with theoretical and practical method, case analysis and other methods to small and medium enterprises in Jinhu area as the research object, first gives the definition of small and medium-sized private enterprises, financing and informal finance concept, and then analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu financing problems, focusing on the Jinhu area folk financial advantage in small and medium enterprises to illustrate the important relationship, informal finance and sme. On the basis of the above analysis, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu area folk financing. These research and analysis, help to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu, a reference to solve the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinhu problems.
